"THANKSGIVING BREAD"

Mitch! The bread was a hit... This is the beer I used for it. Your bread mix with this beer was a deep nutty flavor that worked with all the other foods that where in play this thanksgiving. I was glade everyone was getting full so there leftover bread, and I'm here to tell you that you where right, it made killer toast this morning....

"THE PURFECT DAY"



      Hay buddy!   At the cabin with Troy and Steve.  Had some fresh grouse as an appetizer.
                            Add to that, Halibut, Brussels sprouts with bacon and of course,
                                                                "JAB BREAD!"

                Had a great day hunting, target shooting and drinks at Pappy's. Perfection.

"The Best and Easiest"




So a while back I thought, Mitch! How about beer bread, I'm a chef, I have been a 
chef in some very fine establishments, make some beer bread.
My family waited around in the kitchen talking, eating, laughing, eating.  The smell of the hot bread baking was driving them crazy.
The magic 40 min was here, bread removed, steam swirling above the bread, butter softening and we dove in.
